One of the biggest enemies startups have, is boredom. Make your first impression your No.1 target. make sure you tell an amazing story, and nail it with visuals that grabs everyone's attention.
You got a groundbreaking product. One of a kind technology. Maybe even found the cure for Covid19. If you won't deliver it right, if you won't be convincing enough, you'll fall on deaf ears.
It is super important to give those ears a wonderful story, and flash the eyes with impressive and effective images. Otherwise, by supper, you'll be one of many memories.
So telling the right story, hua? Not everyone can build a story, not to mention the right story. As an entrepreneur, a business man, salesman or marketing persona, you should know how to tell a story, but put your efforts on the things you are good at, and get the best help with building your story.
How did you came up with the idea? What's the need your product refer to? How big is the market, and why are you the right choice to be working with or to invest in...? The answers to all of these questions, should be a smooth flow that builds your story. A flow that keeps everyone's attention.
Once you get the story fixed, it's time spread the word through your website, pitch deck, investors' deck, one pagers, banners etc'. make sure the design follows the key messages and deliver them in a way that impact.
Make sure your brand support the company story and values, giving the story its' unique visuals cover. You are not like your competitors, and you can show it in a second with smart visuals and branding.
An image is a visual story. Mixing up different type of stories, may create the worst reading book. Same goes with images. Images are part of your brand. their colors matter, the tone, the type of elements and style of photography... You should gather an impressive collection of images that can help your story pop up.
Sometimes a good idea won't develop, just because it was written with Arial font on a blank white Powerpoint slide... Don't let it happen to you! :)
